I’ve watched someone I love spend years as a paramedic—lifting patients, carrying equipment, doing everything the job asks of them… and slowly dealing with more and more back pain because of it.

No. This is a coaching program, not a one-time product. Once you start, you’re getting immediate access to programming, guidance, and support. Because of that, all sales are final

Everything is designed to be easy to follow even with a busy or unpredictable schedule.

Most people start to notice improvement in how they move and feel within the first few weeks.
That said, this is a 6-month program for a reason.
Real, lasting change especially when it comes to pain, strength, and durability comes from consistency over time, not quick fixes.
