What Happens After Your Pain Is Gone?

We don’t just want you pain-free. We want you bulletproof.

Once we’ve cut your back pain and rebuilt your confidence in Phase 1 (the 12-Week Pain Relief Protocol), you’ll have the option to continue into Phase 2: The Tactical Strength & Endurance Builder (another 12 weeks).

This is where we:

➤ Build total-body strength for gear carries, hose drags, and heavy patient lifts.

➤ Improve endurance so you can handle long shifts and rapid transitions without crashing

➤ Reinforce the movement patterns we built in Phase 1 so the pain stays gone
